Looks like so much fun! Sadly we haven't been able to carve pumpkins since living in our house here in Hyrum. Since my mother in law is deathly allergic to pumpkins in their raw form, or from their aroma when cooking, and especially the seeds! So right now I'm living vicariously through you guys!
